1. Terms & Conditions
Evergreen Supreme Logistics LLC provides specialized medical and commercial courier services across North Carolina. By engaging our services, clients agree to these terms governing transport, handling, and logistics operations. We maintain a rigorous chain of custody for all medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and sensitive diagnostic materials. Our personnel are trained in HIPAA compliance, Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP), and OSHA safety standards. Responsibility for accurate labeling and secure primary packaging remains with the sender.
While we prioritize safety and climate control, Evergreen Supreme Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays surrounding areas our reasonable control, including extreme weather or infrastructure failures. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or standard industry limits, whichever is lower. Clients must provide accurate dispatch information. For medical STAT deliveries, precise pickup and receiving contact details are mandatory to ensure timely transfer of life-critical assets.
2. Privacy Policy
As a medical courier, we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations. We do not access the contents of medical records or specimens except as necessary for secure transport and tracking. We collect essential business data, including names, facility addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, to facilitate logistics and billing. We do not sell client data to third parties.
All digital records of transport and chain of custody are stored on secure servers with encrypted access. Electronic signatures and delivery confirmations are handled through compliant logistics software.
3. SMS & Communication Policy
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS notifications regarding dispatch status, delivery confirmations, and urgent STAT route updates. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying 'STOP'. Note that opting out may impact real-time tracking visibility for active deliveries.
